Organization Secretariat Service Hours:
During the congress, consulting services for registration, accommodation, and stand area/foyer will be provided between 08:00 and 18:00.
Invitation Letter:
Upon request, invitation letters will be sent to congress participants who have completed the registration process. This invitation letter is only intended to assist participants in obtaining permission from their affiliated institutions and does not provide any financial support to the participant.
Name Badges:
Name badge checks will be carried out in the congress center and general areas related to the congress. It is mandatory for all participants to wear their name badges for the smooth running and security of the meetings.
Certificate of Attendance:
All registered congress participants will be able to receive their e-certificates after the congress via their email addresses on the congress website
Abstract Submission:
All abstracts will be collected via the digiAbstract Online Abstract Module. Abstracts will not be accepted by email. Please pay attention to spelling errors as abstracts will be printed as submitted.
