REGISTRATION FEES 

The services included in the registration fees are as follows;

• %20 VAT 
• Official coffee breaks and lunches
• Ticket for social activities
• Enterence for all scientific sessions
• Entrence for all scientific and commercial areas
• Congress kit; bag, pocket programme booklet, Congress Abstract Book, name badge, lanyard and certificate of attendance

To take advantage of the discounted registration fees, payments must be made within the specified dates.

* Daily registration is not valid.
**Those who wish to benefit from the discounted registration will be required to provide information and documents for their registration to be valid.

• Participants who register as Research Assistants will be required to provide an official letter from the head of their department.
  
• The participants who wish to register as Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and Nurses are required to submit documents."

ACCOMMODATION FEES

The services included in the accommodation fees are as follows;

• Free Congress Venue Shuttle
  • Morning: from Hotel to Venue
  • Noon: from Hotel to Venue
  • Afternoon: from Venue to Hotel
• %10 VAT ve %2 City Tax
• 2 nights accommodation package
  • Hotel: Park Inn by Radisson İzmir
  • Check-In: May 9, 2025
  • Check-Out: May 11, 2025
  • Basis: Bed&Breakfast

AIRPORT TRANSFER FEE

The services included in the airport transfer fees are as follows; ;

• Meet&Greet Service

**Flight information/tickets must be sent to the congress agency at least 1 week before the transfer. The ASSOCIATION or AGENCY cannot be held responsible for any disruptions due to missing and/or untimely information.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Cancellations made by December 13, 2024 will be fully refunded.
• A 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made between December 14, 2024, and February 28, 2025.
• No refunds after March 1, 2025.
• Requests for name changes will be accepted until May 2, 2025.
