The services included in the registration fees are as follows;

  • %20 VAT

  • Congress kit; bag, pocket programme booklet, Congress Abstract Book, name badge, lanyard and certificate of attendance

To take advantage of the discounted registration fees, payments must be made within the specified dates.

* Daily registration is not valid.
**Those who wish to benefit from the discounted registration will be required to provide information and documents for their registration to be valid.

  • Participants who register as Research Assistants will be required to provide an official letter from the head of their department.
  • The participants who wish to register as Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and Nurses are required to submit documents."

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Cancellations made by December 13, 2024 will be fully refunded.
  • A 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made between December 14, 2024, and February 28, 2025.
  • No refunds after March 1, 2025.
  • Requests for name changes will be accepted until May 2, 2025.
